United States

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
For Australian orders, packages typically take 5-10 business days.
International orders typically take 10-20 business days.

We currently ship to the US, Canada & New Zealand.

We ship all our orders from the Gold Coast, Australia.

    Orders and Returns

    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    To place an order, simply browse our amazing collections, add the items you like to your cart, then head to the checkout where you can enter in all your details, select your shipping and confirm your order.
    DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
    You DO NOT need an account to place an order. We do however encourage you to create one, as we will often send out special perks via email. 
    WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

    HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
    If it is within 24 hours of your order being placed AND we have not yet fulfilled your order, you may reach out to us via the CONTACT page or reply to the order confirmation email. Please understand that if we have already shipped your order, we can no longer cancel/change.
    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    When we fulfill your order, if it is eligible for tracking, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number. Alternatively if you used Shop Pay, you can track your order in the APP.
