If it is within 24 hours of your order being placed AND we have not yet fulfilled your order, you may reach out to us via the CONTACT
page or reply to the order confirmation email. Please understand that if we have already shipped your order, we can no longer cancel/change.
When we fulfill your order, if it is eligible for tracking, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number. Alternatively if you used Shop Pay, you can track your order in the APP.
