Returns & Exchanges
If a product is deemed faulty We are happy to offer customers store credit (in the form of a gift voucher) to the value of the returned item(s), on change-of-mind purchases if the returned item(s) is received:
- Within 21 business days of ordering (the date your order was placed);
- In the original purchase condition- unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged;
- With all tags, stickers and protective packaging attached and intact;
- In the original, undamaged product packaging, such as sunglass bag and box;
- With proof of purchase
- Gift Cards, sale items and perishable goods cannot be returned.
If deemed faulty for manufacturing defects, full refunds are available within 6 months of purchase (or unless product is specified)

Items must be returned to back to the original dispatch address. If you are shipping an item, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items must be returned to back to the original dispatch address.
All clearance items are final sale and are not subject to our exchange and refund policy.
